Saitek adds force feedback and wireless capabilities to its peripherals
The wheels and joysticks are turning over at Saitek: The Cyborg evo Force is the company's flagship force-feedback joystick, providing tactile vibrations in an ambidextrous design. Saitek is also introducing a 2.4GHz wireless version of the Cyborg evo, letting you get into the game from up to 30 feet away--and promising up to 75 hours of playtime on a single AA battery. The evo Force will be available this September for a retail price of $69.99, while the wireless evo will be out in August for $59.99.
Another wireless option is Saitek's currently available $59.99 WOW device, which makes your favorite PlayStation 2 controllers wireless and comes complete with a rechargeable power supply and spare battery pack.
Saitek is also showing off its force feedback R440 PC steering wheel ($79.95) and its X45 joystick and throttle for true HOTAS (Hands-On Throttle and Stick) flying action. |
